What information do I need to make an application?

Please give your full details as we may need to contact you with further questions or may need to explain our findings. In certain cases it may be necessary to contact you quickly.

The vessels name: The vessels current name and any past names that you know will be helpful.

Declaring an outstanding Debt or mortgage: Ask the vendor or his agent. They are bound by law to tell you the truth. We will check to ensure that when they purchased the vessel that it was clear of all encumbrances at that time. If it wasn't you may pick those debts up if you continue to purchase the vessel.

Vendor (owner) details: This is optional. We will check any details given to us by any mortgage company or register to ensure that the vessel is owned by that person.

Payment details: Please include your payment details so that we can take payment prior to our investigation. You are applying over a secure internet connection. We do not keep your card details on our system after we have processed your payment. We do not pass on any of your details. Your payment will appear on your statement as yachtdata.
